The resort is located on Perth's magnificent Sunset Coast, just a 20-minute drive North of Perth's Central Business District, and is the closest accommodation to the beach in Western Australia. It is 750 m from Hillary's Boat Harbour with its shopping, cafes and restaurants, AQWA and the Rottnest Island Ferry. World class golf courses, major shopping centres, cinemas, Arena Joondalup and the Challenge Stadium sporting facilities are all nearby. Perth Airport is some 30 km away.

The beach apartment hotel comprises a total of 80 rooms including 26 suites, 38 apartments and 16 studios spread over 2 floors.
